Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Project Management Institute Malaysia Chapter (PMIMY), will be held on:

| Time: | 9.30 am to 12.30 pm |
| Venue: | TBD According to Standard Operating Procedure by The Registry of Societies Malaysia. |
Agenda:
- Confirmation of Minutes of 2021 PMIMY Annual General Meeting.
- Chapter Annual Accounts Report for the year 2021.
- Chapter Annual Activities Report for 2021/2022.
- E-Voting Results Announcement and Introduction of Chapter Board Members for 2022 ~ 2024.
Open Board Positions for Elections and E-Voting
The Chapter has the following positions within the Board open for elections this year:
- Director of Public Relations
- Director of Programmes
- Director of Memberships
- Director of Professional Development
These positions are to serve the chapter on a voluntary basis for a full term (2 years from the start of the AGM of 2022 to the AGM of 2024).
Elections for these roles shall be done electronically per the schedule below:
| 8th Nov | Nominations Open |
| 21st Nov | Nominations Close |
| 22nd Nov – 28th Nov | Vetting of Candidates |
| 29th Nov – 5th Dec | Submission of nomination slate to PMI for e-Voting preparation |
| 6th Dec – 19th Dec | Polling (e-Voting, invitation to be sent to your email address as registered with PMI). |
| 3rd Jan | Announcement of Results |
| 26th Mar | Annual General Meeting 2022 |
We invite all chapter members to participate in this election process by nominating suitable candidates, standing for election, and voting electronically.
Details of the respective open positions can be found in the Chapter By-Laws under Article 5 (PMIMY Board of Directors).
