SUMMARY:The Bridge Between Project Delivery and Finality (True Project Closure)
DESCRIPTION:Event Overview \nIn today’s complex project environments\, technical expertise alone is no longer sufficient. Project leaders must navigate diverse stakeholders\, shifting expectations\, and high-pressure decisions. This session introduces Communication Agility—a leadership capability that enables project managers to read situations\, adapt messaging\, and influence stakeholders effectively to build alignment and drive successful project outcomes. \nEvent Overview \nA common misconception in project management is that a project is unequivocally finished the moment its technical deliverables are handed over. While technical completion signifies a major milestone—the point at which the core products\, services\, or results of the project have been built and delivered—it is not the end of the journey. \nLearning Takeaways \n•  Distinguish between technical completion and true project closure.•  Identify and appropriately manage in-scope (warranty/defect) and out-of-scope (enhancement) issues post-technical completion.•  Understand the strategic role of a Bid Services Team in handling out-of-scope requests.•  Apply PMI principles and HRDC-Malaysia guidelines to ensure a disciplined and value-driven project closure process. \nTarget Audience \nProject Managers\, Program Managers\, Project Coordinators\, and Stakeholders involved in project delivery and closure. \nPDU Details \n1.5 PDU \nPricing Structure \nFree for PMI Malaysia Chapter and Non-Member RM30 \nDate: \nWednesday\, 22 April 2026 \nTime: \n8:00 PM to 09:30 PM \nEvent Location: \nMS Teams \n[REGISTER HERE ]
