He is an avid change agent for corporate transformation and has diverse experience in the financial industry\, oil and gas industry\, high-tech industry\, Telco as well as Information Technology Consultancy and System Integration services. \nFrancis holds a MBA  from RMIT University\, Australia. He is PMP Certified and a Certified Cyber Security Professional by Chartered International Institute of Security and Crisis Management. He is an associate member of Malaysia Institute of Management. \nOutside of his professional domain\, Francis is passionate about developing others.
