SUMMARY:Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS) 2025
DESCRIPTION:Event Overview \nProject Management Day of Service (PMDoS) 2025 is an initiative by PMI Malaysia Chapter where NGOs and nonprofits are provided with pro bono professional project management services to help them address their most difficult challenges. \nWe do this by bringing together experienced project managers (PMIMY volunteers) with organizations who are passionate about serving their communities. PMIMY volunteers help the NGOs to scope and plan projects that enable them to do more to serve their communities. \nEach participating NGO will be paired with a team of experienced project managers through a “matching” process. Project managers and NGO representatives will discuss\, scope and plan a project to address a critical need of the NGO and the NGO leaves with an actionable plan.
