Herley is the Agile Coaching Lead responsible for Agile Transformation of British Petroleum (BP) within Asia Pacific region. Leading Agile Transformation that involves organisational and mindset change, Herley has built a reputation largely in Project Management, Continuous Improvement and LEAN Management in the last 20 years in Fortune 100 companies that include also Shell and ExxonMobil.
Herley is also the author of the book, “Living With Meaning”, a collection of personal stories that reflects Agile Living – one that responds to changes to improve the meaning and quality in life. Also known as AgileRider, Herley is also a speaker at international conferences such as PMI International Symposium, PinkASIA ITSM Conference, CIDB and Heriot Watt University as well as talks to senior leaders at some of the Malaysian Government Agencies. Many people in the industry also describe Herley as an IT person with unconventional human touch who brings in life stories at personal level to make organisational global digital transformation a more meaningful journey.
