Strengths-based development empowers people to maximize their infinite potential. All of us have innate talents - naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling or behaviour – which explain the way we think, feel, interact and behave. Knowing these talents through CliftonStrengths give us a deeper understanding of ourselves, becoming intentional to invest in them and turn them into strengths. Working in our strengths increases our productivity, our confidence and the likelihood to achieve our goals. In a project team, understanding its strength and how the individual strengths contribute to the team increase the synergy and empowers the team towards success.
This session covers the importance of discovering and developing your talents into strengths, the benefits of developing a strengths-based project team and a brief how-to to transform your project team to a strengths-based project team incorporating it to the five stages of team development.
