Speaker Brief

Navaneethan Rajan is a seasoned project and program management professional with over twelve years of experience gained from USA, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. In his current role in Turner & Townsend, he lead a team of specialists to ensure compliance of over 1000+ office, retail and facility management projects in Asia Pacific region for a leading global financial organization. He also lead the corporate occupier sector and PM service excellence work stream for Turner & Townsend, Malaysia office.

Navaneethan have successfully managed and delivered variety of complex and iconic projects/programmes to include embassies/consulates, universities, residential towers, retail outlets, corporate offices, R&D facilities, utility buildings etc. for few of the most reputable clients across the globe. The value of projects he has managed range from few million USD to approx. 70 million USD.

Navaneethan holds Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, USA and Bachelor of Architecture from National Institute of Technology, India. He is well versed in stakeholder engagement, driving efficiency, nurturing culture of safety and fairness, building strong teams with varied cultural and educational background, change management, risk/issues management and contract administration among other project and portfolio management areas of expertise. He enjoys learning new skills and sharing his learnings with fellow peers through volunteering, trainings, mentoring and other available platforms.
