Joshua Netto, DBA, PMP® PMI-RMP® PRINCE2®
Dr. Joshua Netto has 20 years of leading and managing a wide variety of capital programs. His diverse experience covers a range of industries like entertainment, hospitality, commercial developments, energy, and even NGOs.
With regard to academic qualifications, Dr. Joshua holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and also an International Executive MBA. He is also an active researcher, occupying an adjunct professor position with a Malaysian university with several published research papers.
In terms of certifications, Dr. Joshua actively maintains a wide array of internationally recognized accreditations in project, business and risk management such as the Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and Registered Business Analyst (RBA).
He currently leads the Asia Oceania Program Management Office (PMO) as the head consultant and regional account manager for one of the largest energy companies in the world, while actively managing the Turner and Townsend business in Malaysia as a senior manager.
He is a local, based in the Klang Valley and married with two children.
In these times where projects are being reviewed and challenged with organizations seeking to justify and extract the most value from capital investments, looking upstream in the project management process and taking the bird’s eye view over the portfolio of projects is essential in keeping the vision and strategic objectives in sight.
