Overview

In these times where projects are being reviewed and challenged with organizations seeking to justify and extract the most value from capital investments, looking upstream in the project management process and taking the bird’s eye view over the portfolio of projects is essential in keeping the vision and strategic objectives in sight.

This along with prioritizing the essentials, differing, transferring or aborting non-critical scope, leveraging enterprise partnerships and getting the most out the supply chain are among the areas that will be expanded on in this first of two webinars.

Learning takeaways

  1. Understanding the benefits and opportunities behind projects, and how these link to organizational strategic objectives.
  2. Drivers behind project reviews and challenges, applying this lens to the portfolio of projects before approaching tactical solutions.
  3. Learning to optimize capital investments, forming and leveraging off strategic partnerships to enhance delivery and performance.
