She has 15 years of experience in Project Management, varying from managing E&P Construction Projects as a Construction Engineer and Head of Facilities to the implementation of groupwide Project Governance under PETRONAS Project Management System (PPMS). In her current capacity, she has led several deployment of intervention programs to support PETRONAS in achieving world-class capital project delivery, which include enhancing the capability in Project Management, implementation of Business Process Management in Project and the latest initiative on Sustainable Project Management.
