Membership Expansion
In February 2025 we are transitioning to a new PMI® Membership model where chapter membership is included with PMI membership, which is designed to bring several benefits to current and new members and our chapter.
We expect to:
- Grow Chapter Membership: By integrating memberships, we anticipate increased participation and growth within our chapter.
- Consolidate the Member Experience and Enhance Value: This change will create a seamless experience and enhance the value of being a PMI member by fostering greater continuity between our chapter and PMI.
- Provide a Global Pass: As part of the Multi Chapter Access Program, members will have access to all chapters globally who are participating in the program.
- Expand Community Engagement Opportunities: With unified membership, members will have more opportunities to engage with the global PMI community (i.e., networking, events, professional development).
- Support Chapters Financially and Operationally: The integration will strengthen the financial stability and operational efficiency within our chapter and others.
- Fulfill the Community’s Longstanding Request: We have heard the community’s feedback, and this change addresses the desire for a combined membership model.
