PMIMY x ICF Malaysia Knowledge-Sharing Program is a three-month professional development initiative designed to enhance project management capability and leadership among coaches and practitioners. The program blends structured knowledge-sharing webinars, interactive group coaching sessions, and collaborative discussions led by experienced speakers and mentors. Participants begin with foundational project management topics such as initiation, planning, and governance, before progressing to advanced themes including managing project complexity, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness. Through a mix of theory and real-world application, the program fosters a learning community that encourages reflection, peer exchange, and continuous improvement. The initiative culminates in a panel discussion and closing session, where participants synthesize their insights and explore pathways for ongoing professional growth, including future opportunities for individualized coaching.
Speaker profiles:
1) Jerome Revilla
Jerome Revilla is currently working as Assistant Vice President I for Business Service Delivery Management in a multinational insurance company. With more than 19 years in the IT industry, Jerome has held various positions from software development, production support, project management, business service delivery, IT service management and application management in the region – managing and coordinating multiple teams from various client countries, internal teams and vendor partners.
2) Sarita Panigrahi
Sarita is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA and a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ. She has over 20 years of experience in service delivery, operations, underwriting, claims, digital transformation, and risk management across various industries.
She has also been conducting project management & power skills workshops for corporates to share her knowledge and skills for the last 5+ years. She is passionate about mentoring & actively guide young and mid-career professionals across multiple platforms through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and community engagements.
3) Anil Kumar Malik
Anil is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. His expertise lies in turnaround, project management, operational excellence, and asset management. He has served leading oil, gas, and downstream industries worldwide, playing a pivotal role in various strategic initiatives.
4) Ganesan Thambipillay
Former Head of Program Management, CIO, COO, and CTO with certifications from
PMI® (USA) and HRDCorp (Malaysia). I bring over three decades of leadership
experience in technology and project management, successfully delivering programs and initiatives across global multi-national corporations.
5) Adler Ng
Worked in Transformation, Operational Excellence, Strategy and PMO fields for 8 years; PMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci CCP, SSBB certified
6) Fazlina Mohd Noor
As one of the co-founders of Rightontrack Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian SME in vehicle tracking and telematics, I have spent the past 17 years helping the organization scale and sustain its impact across industries. My passion lies in designing and implementing solutions that leverage technology to serve both large enterprises and SMEs, with measurable outcomes in efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
With a background of Bachelor (Hons) Science and Technology, Universiti Malaysia and professional credentials including PMP (PMI), Scrum Master Certification, and Master NLP (ABNLP), I am deeply committed to continuous and life-long learning. Throughout my journey, I have grown from hands-on project execution to leading cross-functional teams of 60+, introducing digital systems, and steering nationwide deployments. I believe in empowering people, harmonizing processes, and applying technology with purpose to drive meaningful, lasting change.
