- To provide introductory exposure to USM Maths students on Project Management and soft skills based on DISC, target to year 3& 4 students.
- To introduce PMI to students/university
- To drive potential PMI membership– via Opt-In to be copied for future PMI events (Qr code during event site&adding a question in USM feedback form)
- To recruit volunteer from PMI members who volunteer, and seeding potential leadership pipeline
