William Tan, PMP, CPMAI, SAFe® Practice Consultant
Speaker Profile (from PMO Innovations):
William Tan is a Certified Trainer, Coach, and Consultant with over 22 years of project and program management experience in multinational companies, including Intel, Motorola, and Nortel.
He has led PMOs and managed complex hardware and software R&D and NPI projects, contributing to over USD 100 million in annual revenue. During the early days of USB adoption at Intel, he was involved in successful USB implementations and co-developed specifications for the world’s first USB microcontroller.
William is the author of “Project Management: A Practical Step-by-Step Guide” and an experienced Agile and AI Project Management practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) and a Master of Engineering, and is a PMI-CPMAI™ credential holder, specializing in structured, value-driven, and responsible AI delivery.
