The program blends structured knowledge-sharing webinars, interactive group coaching sessions, and collaborative discussions led by experienced speakers and mentors. Participants begin with foundational project management topics such as initiation, planning, and governance, before progressing to advanced themes including managing project complexity, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness. Through a mix of theory and real-world application, the program fosters a learning community that encourages reflection, peer exchange, and continuous improvement.
