Cheryl Lum, is Director, Head of Data & Research at Turner & Townsend. She is a professional quantity surveyor and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (QS Division) and has over 20 years of experience working in quantity surveying consultancy.
Cheryl has undertaken feasibility cost studies and development appraisals for a wide range of building typologies including some mega-size projects in Singapore and overseas. She has carried out cost research studies covering various topics and is a member of the Turner & Townsend’s International Construction Market Survey (ICMS) publication. Cheryl is also the cost management data lead for Turner & Townsend’s Digital Transformation Programme for Asia.

Speaker-2 : Dr. Joshua Netto, D.B.A
Dr. Joshua Netto, D.B.A. is Director, Portfolio Management at Turner & Townsend with more than 22 years of managing major projects and programs, transforming several major corporate real estate portfolios in the region.
In the last four years, Joshua heads the global program management office for a leading global energy company. His portfolio covers a large real estate portfolio, overseeing a capital spend of circa USD$400million annually, and has used his expertise to navigate the portfolio through recent oil crises, organizational restructuring and disruptions from the pandemic.
He lives in the greater Kuala Lumpur, loves connecting with industry peers, an avid car enthusiast and an aspiring drummer on the weekends.
