Webinar – From AI User to AI-Enabled Professional – How to Build Career Advantage Without Losing Judgment, Agency, or Real Capability

May 26 @ 8:30 pm 10:00 pm SMT

Event Overview

Speaker:  Dr. Jim Choo Teng Seng
Learning Architect and Co-founder of Edney Learn

Program Synopsis:
Artificial Intelligence is changing more than how we work. It is changing what it means to be valuable at work. Many professionals are already using AI to write faster, summarize quicker, prepare reports, polish presentations, and complete routine tasks with less effort. While these productivity gains are useful, they are only the starting point. The deeper opportunity is to use AI not merely as a shortcut, but as a learning and capability-building partner. This session helps working professionals understand how to move from being a casual AI user to becoming an AI-enabled professional. Participants will explore how AI can either accelerate mastery or create dependency, depending on how it is used. Through practical workplace examples, individual reflection activities, and a simple AI Mastery Loop framework, the session will show how AI can support better problem framing, clearer thinking, stronger decision-making, faster learning, and more future-ready career development.
Designed for employees, managers, analysts, project professionals, operational teams, and corporate professionals across functions, this session offers a practical and reflective approach to using AI responsibly and productively—without losing human judgment, agency, or accountability.
